Focusing on patient-centered, trauma-informed care, emphasizing safety, respect, and collaboration

As a former midwife and now a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring a lifelong commitment to supporting women’s mental health and wellbeing. My background in midwifery provides a meaningful foundation for understanding the unique challenges women face from early adulthood through later life.
I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and emotional changes that emerge across the lifespan. I offer comprehensive psychiatric care and individualized medication management tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
My practice is patient-centered and trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, respect, and collaboration. I work closely with each individual to understand their experiences, support their strengths, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their personal goals and values.
